This policy explains how refunds work on LafiaTix, including organizer responsibility, event changes, and non-refundable service fees.

If an organizer approves a refund, LafiaTix may help process the refund through the original payment channel where possible.
Service fees and processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
These fees support payment processing, ticket issuing, platform operation, support, and verification tools.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, the organizer is responsible for communicating next steps, replacement dates, and refund eligibility.
Refund timing may depend on organizer approval, payment provider processing time, and banking delays.
Please check attendee names, email addresses, phone numbers, ticket type, and event details before payment.
Where a correction is needed, contact support as early as possible. Corrections are not guaranteed after ticket issuance or close to entry time.
Refund requests may be declined where the event policy does not allow refunds, the ticket has been used, the request is late, or fraud/abuse is suspected.
